Reset/Unlock NetTeller Password Procedures

Having problems getting online and accessing your accounts? If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in, please give us a call at (989) 772-9471 or (800) 651-9111 M-F 8:30 - 4:30 Eastern. For security reasons we are unable to reset NetTeller passwords in response to an e-mail request and must speak with you. In the near future, we will be introducing a new Password Reset feature that will enable you to reset passwords yourself.
