Isabella Bank Launches New Tools to Make Switching Direct Deposits and Updating Payment Information Easier Than Ever

Product Releases

Isabella Bank is proud to announce the launch of two powerful new features designed to enhance the digital banking experience for customers: ClickSWITCH, a secure, simplified way to switch direct deposits and automated payments, and CardSwap, a smart tool to update payment information across popular subscription and shopping services. These new tools are part of the Bank’s continued commitment to making everyday money management faster, easier, and more convenient.

“Our goal is to eliminate friction in our customers’ everyday financial lives,” stated Rob MacLeod, Vice President of Branch Operations at Isabella Bank. “These new tools simplify two of the most common banking tasks while keeping security and convenience at the forefront.”

With ClickSWITCH, customers can quickly and securely reroute their direct deposits, such as paychecks or government benefits, like Social Security, to their Isabella Bank account, with no paperwork or phone calls required. The process takes just a matter of minutes to complete and can help ensure that funds are available for important automated payments, such as insurance premiums, utility bills, and loan payments.

CardSwap helps customers update their recurring debit card payments across dozens of popular services, from streaming services to online retailers, all in one place. This tool saves time and helps reduce the risk of missed payments by eliminating the need to update each service individually.

Both ClickSWITCH and CardSwap are available now to Isabella Bank customers through our online and mobile banking platform. For more information, please visit isabellabank.com/switchnow.
