1Isabella Bank does not charge for issuing a debit card, however you may incur transaction fees when you use the card at a merchant or at an ATM. Additional fees apply if enrolling in the Gold or Platinum Rewards Card program. 

2The monthly subscription fee for the My Rewards® Gold Debit Card is $9.95. The monthly subscription fee for the My Rewards® Platinum Debit Card is $14.95. This fee will be deducted from your checking account on a monthly basis.
