Jerome E. Schwind has assumed the role of top executive at Isabella Bank Corporation. He succeeds Jae A. Evans, who was in the role for a decade before retiring. Neil M. McDonnell, the Bank’s Chief Financial Officer, also replaces Schwind as Bank President.

Isabella Bank Corporation announced its Board of Directors declared a fourth-quarter cash dividend of $0.28 per common share at its regular meeting on November 29, 2023. The $0.28 dividend brings year-to-date cash dividends to $1.12, increasing 2.75% over cash dividends paid in 2022.

Isabella Bank Corporation has reported net income of $4.4 million for the third quarter of 2023 and $14.4 million for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2023.

Isabella Bank Corporation is expanding into Bay County with this month’s opening of a loan and wealth office at 723 Washington Ave. The office will provide mortgage and commercial lending services as well as financial planning services and estate administration.

Isabella Bank Corporation announced its Board of Directors declared a third-quarter cash dividend of $0.28 per common share at its regular meeting on August 30, 2023. The dividend will be payable September 29, 2023, to shareholders of record as of September 27, 2023.
