Harry Steib, regional vice president and regional branch manager for Isabella Bank announced the promotion of Amanda Dudek to officer and branch manager.

Based at the Bank’s Saginaw Bay Road branch, Dudek will continue to assist the regional branch manager, coach employees and serve the Bank’s customers and communities.

Dudek has more than 20 years of banking experience and joined Isabella Bank in 2022. Throughout her career, she has built extensive experience in customer service, employee development and community engagement.

“Amanda is always looking for meaningful ways to work with the greater Saginaw community,” Steib said. “Giving back is a value she shares with Isabella Bank, and I look forward to seeing her continued growth as a leader within the Bank and the communities we serve.”

Dudek graduated from the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers program and is NMLS certified. She is also a 2026 graduate of the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Saginaw County program. During her time in the program, she served as project lead for the legacy project, which raised more than $30,000 for Emmaus House, a local nonprofit. The funds supported several interior and exterior renovation projects at the organization.

“At Isabella Bank, our mission is to serve the communities where we work, live and play,” Dudek said. “I am proud to represent Isabella Bank and look forward to continuing to build meaningful relationships while supporting the people and organizations that make our communities stronger.”

Outside of work, Dudek is involved in her community. She serves as an ambassador for the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with organizations including the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Great Lakes Bay Region and the Saginaw Read Association.

Dudek lives in Freeland with her two daughters.
