Isabella Bank Announces Promotion of Cathy Lamrouex to Officer and Branch Manager II
Harry Steib, regional vice president and regional branch manager for Isabella Bank, announced the promotion of Cathy Lamrouex to officer and branch manager II.
Based at the Bank’s Saginaw State Street branch, Lamrouex oversees the branch’s day-to-day operations while supporting team members across the Bank’s footprint. Her responsibilities include coaching employees on bank operations, referrals and customer service; assisting the regional branch manager, commercial lenders and Isabella Wealth team with projects and client service needs; conducting monthly coaching sessions; and leading regular operational and educational team meetings.

Lamrouex has more than 30 years of banking experience. She began her career in 1993 as a teller and later served in a branch manager role at several community banks before joining Isabella Bank as a branch manager in 2022.
Committed to professional development, Lamrouex earned a degree in business management from Davenport University. She also completed the ABA Branch Manager Certificate program through the Michigan Bankers Association’s partnership with the American Bankers Association and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training program and the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Saginaw program.

Outside of work, Lamrouex is active with Business and Community Connections of Saginaw and Women in Leadership Great Lakes Bay Region.
Lamrouex lives in Gladwin with her husband. They have two adult children, a son and a daughter, and one daughter-in-law.
