Isabella Bank Announces Officer Promotions
Neil McDonnell, president of Isabella Bank, announced the promotion of several team members to officer positions across the organization. The promotions reflect the continued growth and strength of the Bank’s team, as well as its commitment to developing talent from within.

Miles Coffland, Vice President and Information Security Officer
Miles Coffland has been promoted to vice president. A member of the Isabella Bank team since 2003, Coffland serves as information security officer and coordinates security awareness, vendor management, business continuity and identity theft education programs. Learn more about Miles Coffland.
Len Desormeau, Officer and Human Resources Generalist
Len Desormeau has been promoted to officer. Since joining Isabella Bank in 2019, Desormeau has overseen recruiting, onboarding and employee relations efforts. Amanda Dudek, Officer and Branch Manager
Amanda Dudek has been promoted to officer. Dudek joined Isabella Bank in 2022 and has more than 20 years of banking experience. Cathy Lamrouex, Officer and Branch Manager II
Cathy Lamrouex has been promoted to officer. A banking professional with more than 30 years of experience, Lamrouex joined Isabella Bank in 2022. Deb Markley, Regional Vice President and Regional Branch Manager
Deb Markley has been promoted to regional vice president. Markley brings 37 years of community banking experience to her role as regional branch manager, where she oversees operations for Isabella Bank’s south region branches and provides leadership and support to branch teams throughout the region. Dee Powell, Company Officer and Project Manager
Dee Powell has been promoted to company officer. Since joining Isabella Bank in 2013, Powell has held several leadership positions and now serves as project manager. Harry Steib, Regional Vice President and Regional Branch Manager
Harry Steib has been promoted to regional vice president. Steib joined Isabella Bank in 2012 and serves as regional branch manager for the east region. Based at the Bank’s Freeland branch, he provides leadership to branch teams, supports business development efforts and helps lead the Bank’s community involvement through Great Lakes Bay region.
