Isabella Bank Welcomes Andy Valdespina as New Business Development Associate
Isabella Bank is excited to welcome Andy Valdespina as its newest Business Development Associate, announced David Seppala, West Region President.
Based out of Big Rapids, Andy will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships, and supporting Isabella Bank’s customer base and revenue growth throughout Mecosta County.
“I see my role as a direct driver of Isabella Bank’s mission to build trusted relationships, expand market presence, and deliver financial solutions that support customer growth and financial well-being,” Andy said.
Andy has nearly a decade of experience in banking and financial services. Prior to joining Isabella Bank, he worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer with Mercantile Bank and Independent Bank, where he helped clients achieve their homeownership goals.
“Andy is a tremendous asset to our team,” said Seppala. “He brings a customer first mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping people. I’m excited to see the impact he will make as we continue to grow.”
Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Central Michigan University. Outside of work, Andy is active in the community, supporting local schools and sponsoring youth athletics in the greater Big Rapids area. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Julia, daughter Holly, and son Theo.
