Nora Colthorp has 29 years of banking experience, all with Isabella Bank. Throughout her years with the bank, she has held various positions including mortgage processor and underwriter, consumer loan officer, mortgage loan officer and spent nearly 15 years managing the Hemlock and Ithaca branches. She has also served in our collection dept and is currently a Commercial Loan Officer/AVP in the South Region.
Nora received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She also graduated from the Michigan Banker’s Association Perry School of Banking in May 2018. Nora has completed various Dale Carnegie trainings including Team Development Program, Sales and Service Excellence Program and Becoming a Trusted Advisor. She has earned Isabella Bank’s Izzy Award as well as Isabella Bank’s Team of the Year Award.
Nora has been involved in various organizations throughout her tenure with the bank including the Hemlock Lions Club, Ithaca Rotary, serving on the Breckenridge Community Schools board of education and as Trustee on the Lafayette Township Board. Currently Nora is a board member of the Gratiot County Community Foundation as well as serving on the Executive Committee and Chairperson of the Scholarship Committee. Nora is a lifelong resident of Breckenridge.
