Isabella Bank is excited to announce we are enhancing our Online Banking platform! On May 10, 2022, all online banking users will automatically switch over to the new platform and use the same login information as before. Our new platform provides all the functionality you are accustomed to with some new added features! Due to these additional features, alerts will not transfer over and will need to be recreated.

Will I need to re-enroll in online banking?
On May 10th, online banking will automatically switch over to the new platform. Online banking users will not need to re-enroll in online banking.
Am I required to register for two-factor authentication?
All online banking users must register for two-factor authentication. Two-factor authentication allows for easier security for your online banking. You may choose your verification method and receive a code to verify upon login.
Will my login credentials remain the same?
Your username and password for online banking will remain the same. Online banking users will not receive new login information.
Will I still be able to use biometrics to login to my online banking app?
Biometrics will not be available the first time you log into the new app. You will need to sign in with your username and password and then you can activate fingerprint or facial recognition. Once activated, biometrics are available for login to online banking.
Will current online banking features be available with the new platform?
All online banking features will be available on the new platform. You will be able to easily make transfers, pay bills, access statements, view transaction history, make deposits and view account documents.
